Snack attack: curry and fried crickets
While they were living in the UK, Brad, Angelina and the kids enjoyed traditional roast dinners and curries from the local Surrey pub and takeaway, spending nearly £3,000 on Indian cuisine. But Angelina has revealed that the Jolie-Pitt household developed a more unusual food craving recently. "My boys love to eat crickets. It's their favourite thing," the 39-year-old actress says. "They ate them like Doritos. I had to actually ban the cricket eating at some point, because I was afraid they were gonna get sick from too many. But they're good. They are like a potato chip."

The Duchess of Cambridge has a weakness for all things sweet - especially Haribo. Before her wedding to Prince William in 2011, she was eating two bags of the popular candy a week. “Kate loves Haribo Starmix, they’re her favourites... and Tangfastics,” says Hash Shingadia, who owns the Peaches Spar store in Kate's home village of Bucklebury, Berkshire. The Duchess pops into the local store regularly to buy the sweets, which contain 906 calories per 275g bag.

The 32-year-old actress said of her strict diet and fitness routine for film roles: "It's the hardest experience, it really is, because you're eating a lot of boring stuff: chicken breasts and vegetables all the time. But it's cakes and pastas and breads and sandwiches and croissants you crave all the time. That's all you can think about, so you don't crack just slightly, you crack bad.” The star, who is married to Justin Timberlake, adds: “It's good to have a cheat day. I see a Dunkin' Donuts and I say, 'Pull the car over, pull over right now!'"

It depends what I feel like on the day. It could be French fries, could be dark chocolate; it might be potatoes with gravy."

The 32-year-old singer says: “When I'm completely overwhelmed and tired, comfort food helps.” She goes on to reveal her world tour treats: “I'll want to have some ice cream, or when the tour is behind, I'm like, 'I just want some Krispy Kremes!' Because there's too much good food out there to never indulge. When I'm off, I feel like i've earned the right to eat what I want, and I give myself a certain amount of time.” Her favourite treat? “I love spicy chicken, fried beans and rice, an extra biscuit and a pepper on the side!”
