Stain Buster Pollen
The best ways to remove pollen stains
Fabric
Gently shake the garment to remove as much pollen as you can. Use the sticky side of a piece of tape to carefully lift off the remaining particles, or vacuum lightly to pull particles out of the fabric. Avoid rubbing particles in. Pretreat with a prewash stain remover and wash, adding bleach if safe for the fabric.
Upholstery
Vacuum off the pollen particles. Use the sticky side of a piece of tape to carefully lift off the remaining particles. Using a clean white cloth, sponge the stain with a proprietary dry-cleaning solvent and blot until the solvent is absorbed. Keep sponging and blotting until the stain disappears.

Brushing pollen
Don't use your hand to brush off the pollen. You run the risk of rubbing the pollen into the fabric or the carpet fibres rather than brushing it off. In addition, the oils from your skin may set the stain.
Worth a try
If some pollen still remains, place the item in direct sunlight for a few hours, which may get rid of the stain.
